Second arrest warrant issue for Bobby Willis A second arrest warrant has been issued by the Farmington Police Department for former Kirtland resident Bobby Willis. Filed on Wednesday the warrant charges Willis with the embezzlement of more than $5 million in gemstones and jewelry from Quentin Smith, a former associate of Willis. Smith alleges that he gave Willis the gemstones for safekeeping and when he asked for them back, Willis refused. The arrest warrant states that gemstones and jewelry matching the description of those belonging to Smith were seized at a facility in Branson, Mo. The first arrest warrant also charged Willis with embezzlement for allegedly bilking Mike Atchison out of millions of dollars for a proposed Kirtland Veterans Hospital Project. The authorities are looking for Willis and following leads to try and apprehend him. Anyone with information is asked to contact Detective Corporal Russ Bradford at the Farmington Police Department, (505) 566-2340.
